IT Services is the sole owner of the information collected on I-565.com or Quik-N-EZ.com.  We collect information primarily during the 'Listing' function of the web site.

Listing Item Information - To list an item (auto, boat, etc.) with Quik-N-EZ, we collect item information like make, model, comments, description ...etc. We display this information in your online listing. Sold item data (without contact information) or associated statistics on numbers of items sold and listed may be displayed on our site for marketing purposes.

Listing's Contact Information - To list an item (auto, boat, etc.) with Quik-N-EZ, we collect contact information like your name; phone number and email address and only display those you select (using the display button) on our online entry form. We display designated information in your online listing and use the email information to notify you of a successful listing. After your item is sold or expired or removed at your request, we will not display the contact information.  However, sold item data (without contact information) or associated statistics on numbers of items sold and listed may be displayed on our site for marketing purposes.

Payment Information - To list an item (auto, boat, etc.) with Quik-N-EZ, we invoke or call features from PayPal our payment information-processing partner.  We have NO VISIBILITY to the credit card or account information entered via the payment process.  We receive notification that the payment was a success or a failure.  We post the listing when payments are succesful.

PayPal - Credit Card/Charge Information -  In order to list your item we accept payments online using PayPal (www.paypal.com). PayPal uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. In addition, when you send a payment using PayPal, the recipient won't receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. This way, you don't have to worry about paying people you don't know.

Email a Flyer - We provide an Email-a-Flyer feature at our website that allows you to send a one-time email flyer to your friends notifying them of the Listed Item being marketed. We only store this information to measure overall response rates of the service. Your friends may contact us at any time to have their information removed.

Computer Information -  We collect other information to help troubleshoot certain aspects of the site. This includes web browser type, page visited, and your IP address.

We offer various online links to 3rd party web sites. Each site has their own privacy statement and Quik-N-EZ takes no responsibility for their content or privacy practices.

Management of your Listing -  After becoming a client, we use your contact information and data to manage your internet listing.

Sharing of Non-Personally Identifiable Information -  Quik-N-EZ may also provide aggregated, non-personally identifiable information about our clients to third parties for audit and marketing purposes. Because aggregated data is not associated with any particular person, these third parties will not have access to any personally identifiable information about you.

Use of Cookies -  Our web servers do not place "cookies" on our site's visitors' computers.  Other temporary data files are stored on an Internet user's computer by a our web server. The information  placed on your computer is used only while you use our site.
